PIC Engineering has secured a lucrative E4.1 million contract from the Eswatini Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (EPTC) for the repair and maintenance of 10 towers. The company emerged as the top bidder following a competitive evaluation process.
PIC Engineering Scores Highest in Evaluation
According to EPTC’s published intention to award, PIC Engineering scored an impressive 98 percent, making it the best-evaluated tenderer. The competition included two other responsive bidders—a Liswati-owned company and a South African firm—both of whom scored 87%. Their evaluated bid prices were E4 723 587 and E4 902 583, respectively.
Additional Tender for Debt Collection Services
In addition to this contract, EPTC also awarded a debt collection services tender to lawyer Gigi A. Reid. Reid achieved a score of 75.2%, outperforming Howe-Masuku, who scored 68.8%.
This latest award further solidifies PIC Engineering’s position as a key player in the telecommunications infrastructure sector, ensuring the continued maintenance and reliability of EPTC’s critical assets.
